Vodacom pathetic service
Totally disgusted After numerous calls my contract has not been cancelled and I’m still being debited for a contract I cancelled on 7th March. Vodacom’s excuse: no one can assist me to cancel this contract and refund me but the agent that started the cancellation process. Totally disgusted
