Vodacom pathetic service

Vodacom has the worst customer service. I placed an order online on the 12th of December 2019. I never received my order, I had to contact about 6 different telephone lines and no one could assist. One Consultant by the name of Mohammed told me I have to contact Ram and organize a delivery of my order. I was blown away! Nobody seems to care about you after the sale has been completed. I still don't know what's going on with my order.
