Vodacom Pathetic Service!!!!!!!

We`ve have an expired Vodacom contract number running on a month to month and have several times tried to cancel it and keep the number as pre paid with no success. The Vodacom call centre is so pathetic that they keep cutting the call every time we query the status of this cancellation. We even went into their East Gate store and the consultant gave us the balance to pay for us to have this actioned. The account is paid up and here we are stuck with an unresolved query, payment picked up on their system but the cell phone number is not activated as advised at the Vodacom Carnival Mall Store when payment was made few days bac**** This is getting so annoying as we constantly hit a dead end every time we query. The damn call centre keeps cutting calls!!!!!

This type of service is totally unacceptable!!!

We urgently request that someone on senior level get in touch to resolve this mess as we are not interested in being billed on month to month from hereon!
