Vodacom Pathetic Service

This is the worst network provider to buy a phone on contract with.

I asked for my account to be closed which they did not do on time, yet decided to hand the account over to MBD where I received an sms with a link to make a payment which I did, now when I call in I'm told that the account was withdrawn by Vodacom and the account I have been given by MBD as their legal department *** doesn't work.

I am told that I have a balance of R95 and the issue at this point is finding someone to talk to.
