VODACOM PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been a client of Vodacom for years now and every 2nd year I am eligible for an upgrade. I pay my account every month in time if not early and have been told my application for a new phone (which I will be paying the same amount as what am paying now) has been declined!! I have spoken to over 8 call centre agents that are not helpful whatsoever all read what's off the system giving me problems and not solutions to my problem...was told to speak to the Review Aquisition dept BUT know one knows who the hell they are SURPRISE! so they can take your money every month but when it comes to giving the service you deserve it's not visible. Vodacom's service is disgusting I would never recommend them!!
