vodacom pathetic service

i ordered a phone on Wednesday last week of which i got an email confirming that it will be delivered the next day (Thursday) up to now i haven't received my phone and no sms or call from vodacom explaining to why i haven't received the phone. i called them on Thursday i was promised delivery on Friday i called again today i was advised i was going to get it today but i am still waiting. do you guys want to give me this phone or must i go to another service provider
