Vodacom : pathetic service

Vodacom is giving us the run arround on my cell phone contract where it was blocked on friday 27/12/2019. A payment was made to them the same day and still no service . Your call centre is up to **** nobody knows what is going on at Vodacom . Further more we took out a contract for HP laptop that is not working vodacom call centre tells you to take it to the store . You get to the store and they tell you another story pathetic to say the least . POOR SERVICE . We have had it with Vodacom i will be cancelling my contracts with Vodacom ......
