Vodacom pathetic.. reference number: EC-1RYS-2EIEI4
A month ago I have contacted Vodacom via ********** for a sim card to be changed to a Pre-Paid. On 4 March'19 received an e-mail "This is an automated response that we have received your email. Your reference number is: EC-1RYS-2EIEI4" I have after that received no reply from Vodacom. On the 19th of March I have asked what the status of this change is. Again no reply….
On the 5th of April I have received another Invoice from Vodacom. On the same day I sent another email to Vodacom requesting feedback on if this simcard was now changed to prepaid. Up to now I have received no reply.... Vodacom, this is what you call pathetic service......
