Vodacom, pathetic. Poor signal and follow through on complaints

I wrote a review about Vodacom's poor signal in the Montana, Pretoria area. I stated that it is poor and virtually non existent. Buying data to use is a waste of time and having a contract with date and free minutes is useless as you cannot make calls, people cannot reach you, calls are being dropped and it is impossible to access their network in the area. Vodacom rep****, told me that a consultant will call me and issued a reference number. I received one call from Vodacom and they promised to get back to me? They could not reach me using their own network and I kept receiving messages of missed calls. The result is that they have let me know that the matter has been resolved but clearly it has not. Again, if you live in the Montana, Pretoria area check before you get into business with Vodacom.
