Vodacom-Pathetic network service

I am so frustrated with the network in our area. It is very bad-hardly any reception. We have lots of dropped calls everyday. I had to call in to the UIF call centre and after 5 dropped calls, I gave up. Vodacom you are beyond pathetic !!! But I have to pay my bill on time every month !!!!!! We are a lot of people in the area that are experiencing the same problem.
