Poor Services Vodacom eastgate shopping centre

Good DayI will like to lodge a compliant against your vodacom store located at the Bedford Square shopping centre. Extremely poor managed store..I visited the store on 21 Sept 2018 to do a 7 day out of Box claim. I was advised that should the handset fail within the 7 day period it will be replace. this was not the case. The matter was raised with both the store manager who were nonchalant about this behaviour neither were they interested in dealing with my compliant. When I requested the matter be escalated to Vodacom Cancellation they refused to so. I had to exventually call Vodacom directly without much assistance from their incompetetent call centre staff. Extremely unprofessional from both the store manager and more so Vodacom Customer Complaints Department/ Retentions and upgrades. Regards Nivesh ********** 926
