Vodacom - pathetic customer service - have not cancelled my contract

With the stress of Covid, I have been patient with Vodacom. However several months have gone by since I've called to cancel my data contract with reference numbers AND emails! Everytime I try calling again I am either redirected or cut off but they are still billing me every month for something I don't even use!!!!!! This is the WORST customer service I have ever received!
