Vodacom pathetic customer service

shocking service from a listed company...customers are unable to call in personally to a customer service center to resolve a problem but must do it via their call centers. Called in as much as about 15 times speaking to various departments without the matter been resolved. No positive response and countless SR's taken out but not resolving the matter. When you call to try and speak to the person you spoke to previously nobody knows them and you have to go through the issue from the beginning once again. Talk about poor service levels. Disgraceful to say the least.
