Vodacom - Pathetic!!!!!!!! Customer service

The most pathetic customer service ever. I’ve been trying to cancel a month to month contract since June. I’ve now tried to email, to call, to deal with their social media team and all I get is the run around. No one can pick up the phone and call me or give me a direct email address or even present to take responsibility for this issue. God help people who do t have the data or airtime to spend dealing with this Organisation. Unfortunately after seeing the reviews here it seems telecommunications companies believe they have the right to treat people like dirt. Complete disregard for our time, our money and our support. If anyone at Vodacom reads this and actually has the ***** to give me a name or direct email so I can send 3 months worth of correspondence through and try get this closed I’ll be hugely surprised. Hide behind your channels that’s the culture of service in this country.
