Vodacom pathetic customer service

Not sure why Vodacom would continue working with RewardsCo when the employee that call on behalf of Vodacom are *********, they lie to customers to get a sale and when you realize that the package they sold you is not what you agreed to, it is a mission to get help, there has been numerous calls made to Vodacom, Promises made and confirmation given but we find ourselves in the same predicament. This is completely unacceptable and not fair to us as the customers. we are been given the run around.
