Vodacom pathetic customer service

Good day, the rating does not valid my feelings for Vodacom, I am a client for roughly 20 years, and the service I am getting is so dissapointing, I ordered a SAMSUNG A32, client service agents keep telling me my phone is in back order while the are confirming there is stock.
