VODACOM Pathetic customer care

Vodacom has proved once again that it has the worst individuals working for them. I tried to cancel a contract that is ending in a month but their cancelation call centre either refuses or find excuses why they cannot cancel or asks me numerous questions for authentication (which is acceptable) but it seems that they want to frustrate you and they eventually drop the call. They will not transfer you to a senior person.
