VODACOM PATHETIC CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
UNBELIEVABLE PATHETIC ASSISTANCE WHEN YOU TRY GETTING SOMETHING AS A SIMPLE CALLED ID ACTIVATED. CALLED 6 TIMES BEING SHOVED AROUND. EACH CONSULTANT SAYING ITS NOT THEIR DEPARTMENT. FROM 082135. ***. ***4. WHEN YOU DIAL 082135 IT GOES TO BUSINESS. EVEN IF THE CONSULTANT COULD NOT ASSIST I SHOULD BE INFORMED WHAT TO DO. CONSULTANTS SAYS PUTTING YOU THROUGH THEN THE CALL GETS CUT OFF. HAD ENOUGH OF THIS PATHETIC NETWORK. NOT WORTH MY FRUSTRATION.
