Vodacom : Pathetic client service @ Greenacres PE

Seeking help for my contract cell on a Sunday in PE is a nightmare. Staff are either not properly trained or are unaware of the available services at both Greenacres and Baywest. Body language of staff delivering client service is crucial, and when staff want to flip you off , when looking for assistance you are left exasperated. Vodacom you can do better to employ unprofessional staff...when last did you send in mystery clients to test the quality of your client service ?
