Vodacom Pathetic and Dishonest about resolving my complaint!!!

Vodacom is pathetic. Slow or no connection at times. This is my 3rd complaint in a month. They send you an sms to say that your problem has been resolved. How pathetic and dishonest can you get??!!! I have three useless contract devices with this excuse for a telecoms company. Hellopeter please send me copies of my complaint so that I may use this in court, as I will be reversing any payments taken from my account until vodacom lives up to their side of the contract.
