I requested financial year 2019 -2020 statements. They only provide from Aug2019. Impossible to get hold of competent person to assist. After numerous emails and requests they keep sending the same statement from Aug2019. It was escalated to the next level and then the same statement was sent and the query was automatically closed with no contact method/number/person supp****.
