Vodacom Pathetic

I have been struggling now for how long to cancel 2 vodacom numbers that i have on my account, instead the person that i spoke to the 1st decided on my behalf to go and renew the contracts instead of cancell them. I phone them again, spoke to someone else and he said i can do an early cancellation on this numbers and it will cost R 60.00 per number, is completed the documents, do the payment and sent the documents with my ID to vodacom that was on 26 May 2023. since then i had to resent the same info numerous times where they say the numbers i want to cancell is not on the document, hello you typed the number in on the document. Now they looking for proof of payment which is together on the same doucment that was e mailed. This service is Pathetic.
