Vodacom- pathetic

I have been trying to cancel my 93 year old mother's cellphone contract for 2 years now! She has not had a cellphone for about 4 years. We have repeatedly contacted vodacom - they say they will cancel the contract - nothing happens. this is the third time I have tried via hellopeter. The first time a very kind lady from vodacom contacted me and said the contract will be cancelled. Next month the money went off from her account.The second time I used hellopeter Vodacom did not bother to reply. VODACOM you are pathetic!!!!!! You can not speak to anyone at vodacom, you only get hold of a stupid computer that can not help.
