Vodacom pathetic.

I am on Vodacom prepaid. Went to Dion Wired The Grove to get a Vodacom contract. Tebogo have been struggling since 30 May to get me a contract. She Contacted me on 31 May and said my contract is ready can come and pick up my phone. Went all the way there only to find out it is not ready!! She contacted me again on 4 May said everything is sorted now, I can come and get my phone. On my way there she contacted me again and said their is n problem can not give me the phone. FFS can you believe it! How hard can it be for an Vodacom employee to finalize a contract. I got a contract from TELKOM within minutes. Vodacom is pathetic!!!
