VODACOM - Pathetic

I'm in utter disbelief with the travesty of customer service from Vodacom. I had an active account with them in 2013, my business went into a decline and i had to make payment arrangements with them for the outstanding balance, 7 years later they still have me on credit as a debtor in arrears. this is such *******. I'm applying for credit and this is what pops up. Seriously!!!!!!!!!
