Vodacom = Pathetic

I have never in my life seen such pathetic service delivery. We have been experiencing network signal problems for the last few months in Wolmaransstad. Vodacom's Call Centre has been called several times and there are existing queries about this issue. But now when we call the Call Centre and select the option of an existing query, they hang up! Nobody from Vodacom has even tried to correct the problem. Vodacom is *****ing their customers' money as they do not see to it that their networks is working properly, but expect their customers to pay their bills every month. If you do not attend to our query immediately, we (the half of Wolmaransstad) will be seeking legal assistance.
