Vodacom Pathetic !!!!!!!!!!!!

I would rate them a 0 if there was one! Someone hacked our account and order new cellphones to the value of R 5000 per month. Now vodacom claims it will take 7 - 14 working days to give feedback. it is the worst customer care! they only say sorry but they are going to debt our account. We will not stand for that. We will take further actions . Their signal is in any case so bad. Vodacom is pathetic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
