VODACOM PATHETHIC

i paid vodacom for my vuma fibre r369 on the 03/02/2025 - they sent me my password and username but up till today no technician came to install the fibre at my complex , i am spoken to many agents including fundiswa ,noah,yandisa and all of them was so useless in helping me with my query i even spoke to ntombi yesterday the manager who suppose to send me an email so we can communicate regarding the installation but she couldnt even do that . i am now paying for a service that i do not have and its almost 2 weeks that noone came to install my fibre vodacom is so pathetic and *********** they dont even know how to treat there customers , plus they robbing me on top of that cause i already paid for a full months fibre i dont have access too , please people of the public never ever join this useless pathetic company join a internet provider who cares for you and value your business there staff doesnt even know whats happening , i like to know if i can take this complaint further up so all this people i spoke to can get reprimanded . absolutely disgraceful pathetic
