Vodacom passing the buck

After posting a complaint on Hello Peter about Vodacom not responding to my complaint, I received the mail below from Lance Gurling at Vodacom. The problem is that Lance neglects to mention that the reason I did not receive my "prize" is because the incorrect documentation was sent to Rugby Retail by Vodacom. In addition to this, Lance could not answer me when I asked him why this was never brought up when they told me they had escalated my query? Lance proceeded to tell me that it is no longer Vodacom's problem and that I must phone Rugby retail. How pathetic. Vodacom have my contract for the next 2 years so what do they care. It's a revolting company. Not once was any of the above communicated to me. They are respnsible for submitting the incorrect documentation. Not me. They simply told me that my complaint had been escalated and I never heard back from them.

No it hasn't. have not received my jersey. Below is your mail to me. Do you think I am stupid Hafiza? Don't insult my intelligence. Hafiza which excuse it it? I have now been told 2 different stories. Why was your reason below not conveyed to me when I originally questioned why I had not received my gift. Why was it escalated if there was no reason to escalate it as it was supposedly invalid. Are you running a circus? Hafiza I want that jersey or I will once again post on social media. You people do not know what you are doing and you are *********** the customer.
