Vodacom paid up letter
I have been trying to get a paid up letter from vodacom for my contract that ended 2 years ago. I called them 3 times, first and second time i was told it takes 7 days to get it, the 3rd time i was told it takes 24hrs. Till now i have not received that letter and the contract still shows on my credit score and looks like am still paying that account. I am very unhappy with Vodacoms treatment.
