Vodacom Paid up letter

Omg how long do we have to struggle for a paid up letter. Finally paid off and now u giving us the run around for a simple typed letter that says we no longer owe u. What a terrible service from vodacom departments. It's time and money spent having to always call and get told to call the next day. U seriously running out of tomorrow's
