Vodacom owing us lots of money and not coming back

Can anyone please help! It is now nearly one year, of incorrect Vodacom bills. I took contracts for the kids and ask that it wont go aboth R500 per month, also wright it on the contracts. Every month we paid tho usands of rands, just going of my debit order! Last month there was not enough money, they cut the lines and now we cant use our phones! Last year they did the same and the only pay one amount back. They still own us the rest. We have all the emails if someone can just help us?
