VODACOM OWES ME +R5000 FOR 24 MONTHS AND REFUSES TO PAY IT BACK AFTER ***** WAS PROVEN!

On 16 April 2018 I reported a ********** debit against my banking account with Vodacom and emailed all relevant documentation proving that I did not open this account/contract. To cut a long story short - after numerous times of following up - without Vodacom personnel once contacting me at all, I was told that a credit not was issued in June 2018 and must phone the accounts department to find out about the refund. I did exactly this and was told by Gamogele on 17 August 2018 that the amount would be paid into my banking account within 14 days from this date. Low and behold on 06 September 2018 after holding on and confirming everything again to Siphethokuhle, Im told there is no payment and the accounts dept does not do credits at tall. The supervisor Morena, that she confirmed this with is also not available and I must speak to the retentions department. Retentions department simply transferred my call to the survey facility on the line and the call was cut off. Does anybody know a senior manager contact details that I can talk to directly. I am at my last straw as the amount owing to me is in excess of R5000 to which Vodacom has had the priviledge of earning interest on.

Seeing is believing as I am still waiting for a Vodacom employee to contact me regarding the ***** details originally reported at the beginning of 2018. Vodacom only responds to negative social media reports and absolutely nothing else. When I informed Vodacom that I know the store where the ***** was committed, they simply did not respond to that statement either. Why should one always threaten an organisation before getting assistance
