Vodacom Owes Me Almost 4 Grand

I got a phonecall from someone from Vodacom in September 2016, promising me that my contract of R200 a month will go up to R500 at no extra cost / month, no hidden costs, no once off payment.
I made him repeat this several time, I made him spell his name to me and give me a reference number.
I emailed Vodacome immediately thereafter with all this information and asked them to confirm. No one ever rep****.

Then found out I'm paying R300 extra a month. When I phoned Vodacome, I continuously get told: "but you're on the R500 contract, that's why..." Of course, my explanation of the phonecall I received in September is not understood and I spend more time on hold than actually talking to anyone.
Eventually, I get told by a lady that she can see on her emails that she DID reply to me on that day in September... Strange...

I get told that it will take 7 - 14 days for them to listen to the call I received that day. 14 working days was this past Monday, the 13th of March. Nothing.

I've emailed Vodacom everyday this week, only to get a phonecall yesterday (Friday) to thank me for my patience.
Vodacom owes me almost 4 grand and I have no idea how I managed to not use 1 swear word in this writing.

So, after all this time and fighting, I get a phonecall: They listened to the recording, I'm not getting my money back, the case is now closed. No discussion. Decision made. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Seriously Vodacom? Not a chance am I giving up that easily.

Oh, and these automated responses are not helping me stay calm either.

It just keeps getting better...

Vodacom says they've migrated me back to the uChoose 200-whatever, but still deduct R850 from my account.

With regards to the initial problem, I just keep getting emails that they are waiting for someone else's reply.

THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!

Dear Client

I apologise for the delay in this regard. The credit was created and once approved it will reflect in the Vodacom account.

The migration also took place and your next invoice will be correct.

Kind regards
