Vodacom owe me a REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Im still waiting for money a REFUND from Vodacom!!!! everytime i phone the consultant can see what im talking about but VODACOM doesnt stick with there agreement to phone back regarding this matter. Where else can we us customer complain!!!!!!!!The money you owe is not some money that i can just forget about. Another person is using a device on my name - kknow i had to pay for him. UNFAIR FROM VODACOM. </p> <p>I WANT MY MONEY... or i will go to the media!!!!</p>
