VODACOM OVERHARGED VAT 15.68%

Vodacom overcharged my account with 15.68% VAT last month and said they would rectify the 'mistake' and they have not yet done so. How can this be a MISTAKE ?? I just wonder how many millions of people were overcharged and did not notice this!!! PLEASE CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!!!!
