Vodacom Overcharging Since February 2017

Good day, In February I upgraded my Vodacom data conract from 5 gig to 10 gig. 10 gig was on sale for R299 / month. Last month I phoned Vodacom and realized I was paying to much. I officially submitted complaint over the phone and they said somebody will phone me back. Needless to say nobody did. Then I went to Vodacom branch at N1 City and concultant said they can't help me and I need to phone their customer care. Then a consultant of Vodacom phoned me and tried to sell me a 10gig montly data contact, which I was already on. So i complained to the concultant about my billing issue, she said she will get someone to phone me back, but nobody did. ITs now been about 2 weeks and today I say Vodacom debit order still taking to much money. Seriously, it think Vodacom's service is very poor and the fact that they have b een billing me to much, well I think that can legally be called *****t as they are chargme more that what was ageed. Futher I also requested concultant to have montly statements emailed to me. Once again, i am still to recieve a email. SO, VODACOM's service is seriouly non-existant so far!

Good day Werner
I called you on ********** 612, but the call was unanswered.
Please be informed that only a migration was completed in February and not a upgrade. The current cost of a 10Gig package is R499.
Feedback from 1- ********** ********** :
"10 gig is not R299, client is billed correctly "
Please advise if you want to migrate back to your previous package or stay on the current contract until you upgrade and qualify for the R299 package with no device.

Well, that was not what was requested to Vodacom and not what was explained by the Vodacom consultant. At that time a special was running for 10 gig at R299 and the consultant said i can move to that package at that price. So you are saying the consultant at the vodacom store was telling me a lie. In that case, surely the client of Vodacom should not be financially be worse off.
Can't say I am happy with Vodacoms response. Seems like Vodacom expect their clients to pay for Vodacoms mistakes which does not make sense. So how are Vodacom going to fix it?
