Vodacom overcharging me R1200 without notice or explanation!!!

I visited Vodacom in Bayside Mall in Tableview to enquire about my upgrade. The guy assisting me informed me that I was due for an upgrade. The first invoice I received from Vodacom subsequant to this upgrade included an "Equipment - Balance of Contract" once off charge of R1200.01. I phoned Vodacom on 10 April and after being on the phone for more than 30 min and without anyone being able to explain this mystery cost, I managed to log a query with them. Since then I phoned Vodacom 6 times (at an average of 30 min per call) asking them when this query will be resolved. On 28 April a debit order went off my account including this mystery cost of R1200.01 . After again phoning in the call centre agent said the query was closed on their side but again they will invest. I am sorry but up until now no one could explain this cost and it seems I have no other remedy but to take legal action against Vodacom since I have never been informed of this prior to me upgrading. I have been a contract client of Vodacom for years and this is how they treat their faithful!!! They also refuse to give me the contact details of someone senior to speak to meaning that I must just accept this ****************!!!
