VODACOM OVERCHARGING ME ON MY CONTRACT

I have a 20 GB (10 GB anytime and 10 GB night owl) data contract with Vodacom. I am supposed to be paying R320 per month. Last month's bill, however, is standing at R6242. I got an SMS before the ned of March 2017 notifying me that my data usage was unusually high. at which point the bill was standing at R4600. I then turned off my router to avoid a further increase in the bill. This did not help because a few days later my bill went up to R6242. I called Vodacom customer service to enquire about the issue and the consultant told me that the bill was not final and that it might change, but then it might not. She told me that I should wait for the final bill or my account to be debited and enquire again if there are no changes. She said they were then going to investigate and refund me should they find fault on their side. While I am still waiting for last month's bill to be paid, I turned my router off again last week when my bill was standing at R319 and it's been off since then. But now my bill is standing at R384. So it is clear that I AM CHARGED FOR NOTHING. My phone number is ********** 685. The phone number for the contract in question is ********** 878. What should I do? Please help!
