VODACOM OVER CHARGING ME

I am worried about the way Vodacom treating me. Really this hurts me a lot. Should I know that I would experience such a problem I would have not open a contract with Vodacom. Really Vodacom is treating me badly. For example I have lodged a complaint stating that Vodacom is overcharging me. Instead of paying 278.00 for the contract they charged me 332.00 since August. They responded back by telling me this: Below I am showing their correspondence with me.

” Good day Patrick,

The additional charge of R44.00 has been removed from your line and a credit of R176.00 incl VAT has been loaded onto your Vodacom account.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Regards,
R. Maart”

I was happy about this reply thinking that the problem is solved I even wrote them back thanking them. According to my contract I had to receive 500mb on the tablet and 250mb on cellphone and I no longer get them. When I ask the reason they I should go to Vodacom shop whereby I opened-up this contract to activate it and first of the Vodacom shop did not deactivate the sim card. On Monday I received a voice call from Vodacom, I could not asked the guy who was talking some question since it was just a message that I have to pay 238. I then wrote Maart about my problem, she/he did not reply to my problem, instead I received now an MMS stating that I am owing 575.00. What are they actually trying to do? They are confusing me. Nevertheless I have paid them R102.00. This is what I am owing. Then next month I will have to pay them R278.00. I am sick and tired of Vodacom. I will never ever again take a contract at Vodacom, I have had enough. But I am asking them to solve this problem as soon as possible.
