Vodacom over charging

Let's start from the beginning. The beginning of September I did my cellphone upgrade at Vodacom now in order for one to do so one's accounts must be fully paid up to date. I did my upgrade successfully. On the 9th of September Vodacom wanted to deduct the activation fees witch is understandable, there was an amount of R95 and an amount of R250 that was supposed to go off. But on this day the tried to take each amount 4 times, I received the SMS 's on the 10th of September and emediatly phoned in and said that it was wrong. They did give all the money back but later that month I received an invoice of - R3500. That doesn't make sense because my amount that I am supposed to pay comes close to R1200 pm. I phone customer services almost 4 times a week to rectify this problem, all the people I spoke to cept referring me to another department. After a while something did actually happen and a supervisor called me and explained as follow, because they had to give the money back in full I now owe them R1100. That too doesn't make sense because they actually just gave me back the money they took first. But because of being tired of fighting with them I said well fine, as long as this problem is resolved. But the more I think about it the more it confuses me because they deducted the money wrong and after me complaining about it, they gave it back but now because they gave me my own money back I owe them. Now in November I get an invoice stating that I still owe them over R2000.
