Vodacom Outlet *******ly opened my Apple iPhone!
A Vodacom Outlet *******ly opened my Apple iPhone handset attempting to repair it in-store without my knowledge. A Vodacom Outlet opens Apple products in-store on their premises whereas Apple does not authorize its products being tampered with at Vodacom Outlets.

What makes it worse is that I have reported this ******* conduct at Vodacom Head Office and Vodacom does not seem to care to ACT on this serious misconduct against its very long standing Large Business Client and a Individual Client.
We fully entrust companies like Vodacom to be RESPONSIBLE leaders in Service and Compliance.
I write this not expecting a response from Vodacom, even though I still haven't received my Apple handset back from the Vodacom Outlet since December 2014.

We have a very long history with Vodacom as Clients in many forms, I've just obtain a new Individual Vodacom contract and our Businesses continue to use Vodacom. It's arkward and I feel am being held at ransom by Vodacom and feel betrayed.

Should one be speaking with Apple directly?
