Vodacom outcourcing chaos.

I was given a new contract by Vodacom but from a outsource company. We agreed to the whole thing and I was quoted a delivery of 5 working days. We waited for this upgrade but nothing happened. I phoned Vodacom and they told me that it was done by a outsourced company and that they cannot give me the contract that we agreed on. I could get it though but at a higher cost. What is the use then if they waste my time like this and making money on me after I already agreed to the new contract?

There is no **** on this Vodacom. The people that contacted me were very friendly but they could not do anything for me. Although there was a quotation issued there was no invoice generated to deliver or start the contract. That to me said that the staff broke a contract before it even started. They now just say that the contract expired and is no longer available. They do however quote me a new contract at 3 times the price and a amount of data monthly that I would not even use in one year. Maybe there is a **** Vodacom but I must sadly state it is your company that is involved by using a outsourcing company that is not up to your standard.
