Vodacom out of stock

Hi. I'm trying to find out were the problem with the order og the rose gold galaxy watch is. Stores say that head office has no stock.. stores don't carry stock.. I upgraded my contract that includes the watch.. got a call today to say that I can collect my new phone. But that they have know idea as to when the watch will arrive as no one knows.. but I've already signed the new contract with new tariffs. How does that work.. so I'm paying for something that no one can say when or if I'll receive it.. what must I do.. who can I contact

Still no answer on watch. how can a company of this size (vodacom) not come to the party.. but rather try and pass the blame to there supplier (Samsung). Was told that the watch i ordered with phone. Was a once off promotion and Samsung rep said that stock is finished. How can a product be sold that's none existent.
I would really like an answer... we're can I collect watch...
