Vodacom out of SLA!!!!

I am so frustrated, I have been sitting for 2 weeks with a rooter that has not been connected. I work from home and to be without fiber is frustrating on now after speaking to the 100th consultant I am being told that there is a backlog with the service provider who must come and install the ONT, this was not mentioned at all I am buying data everyday from Vodacom and it is so expensive!!!!

Vodacom and the service provider is out of SLA and I am spending alot of money just to get buy everyday!!!! when will by ONT be installed, should we wait for a month just to be connected
