Vodacom out of bundle rates will make you bankrupt

I have a red vip package unlimited calls 5 G data - with no limitation on my data ' have receive SMS that data bundle have ran out' I did a top up every time and still I got an account of R5000 this is ridiculous ' no SMS to say high usage on account - have all the proof of data top up - I want to switch over to a provider with unlimited calls and a data limit that I can top up if my data is finish - why don't Vodacom provide a data limit to be set on red vip account because they want you to get into debt
