Vodacom : Organized Crime Family

My 24 month contract period with Vodacom ended on 20th Decemeber 2020. I followed the correct procedure and contacted the cancellations department at Vodacom on 23rd November 2020 & spoke with Kiloshini Reddy. I canceled my contract with them and was given the following reference number for the cancellation REF : ***. I was informed and reassured that the contract would be cancelled and the last debit order would be in December. on the 1st of January I checked and the contract had not been cancelled. Vodacom has now sent me an invoice and want to bill me for January 2021, even though cancelled the contract in November for December 2020. Vodacom are operating like the mob, a organized crime family.
