Vodacom order NOT delivered

I have never been this upset in my life. I used my vodacom app to buy a phone on 17 Jan 2021. I paid R1600 and the phone was never delivered. This after I ordered another phone using the same method on 13 Jan 2021 and it was delivered within 48hrs. I ordered a Hisense 30. I contacted RAM and they claim they had no street nr and no contact nr and drove around 5 days looking for my address. And returned the phone to vodacom on 22 Jan 2021. I spent 2 hours on the phone today trying to get my phone or at least my money back. I get sent from Online that say it is not their department to custom care back to online and then to Accounts and again to after sales and back to after sales. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and I want to cancel all 5 my contracts after this ordeal. How difficult is it to tell me where my phone is. I ordered a prepaid phone online using the Vodacom app. I can clearly go order history and see the transaction and the order nr. I cannot believe that vodacom chases me from one department to next and no one knows ehat is going there. Unacceptable,pathetic service. I want my money back and I want to switch providers after this incident
