Vodacom Or Vodastink

In December 2025 when i wanted to cancel my contract for the poor service I had received I was called by the consultant to down size my contract told me on many phone calls that it would half my contract and Vodacom will pass all the credits due to me, the Jan bill was R700 more then what I was told, they assured me that a credit would be passed and as to date nothing has been done, they have now suspended my service.
