After reading a couple of reviews, it quickly became clear that Vodacom makes a bad habit of not cancelling contracts when requested. This was my experience too. After fighting a losing battle with voda**** to tell them that I do not owe them R2700 for 3 months subscription, because my contract ended and I did not wish to continue with the contract, the kept billing me. I refused to pay, but I couldn't get them off my back. So, I decided just to pay them and move on with my life. Now, 15 months later I want to apply for finance. Guess what? Vodacom blacklisted me with ITC! This after I paid them the R2700 which I never owed them! Now I can't get any finance until September, two years after I paid to the date, before my name is clear. How ridiculous! This is a *****ulent company in all ways!

Vodacom is COORUPT to the core! Stay away people!
